We offer a due diligence service to companies and law firms when hiring a senior member of the team: For companies, this includes General Counsels, Company Secretaries, Group Compliance Officers and more, and for law firms; Partners and teams, Counsels and other senior members.

Companies and Law firms take reasonable steps to avoid committing errors when recruiting high profiles. This is because when recruiting senior legal professionals, there are many additional and complex terms and conditions in the employment contracts which are likely to cause difficulties if there are disagreements between the parties and resulting in dismissal.

Part of our due diligence service is to undertake a full search on the individual/ team in question in order to provide a complete report on the individual or team. 


The report includes; relationships with colleagues (senior or junior & legal & non-legal) and clients, competencies as a professional(s), personality(ies), reputations on the market and other significant information required. We take the time to discuss with our clients their needs prior to any due diligence we undertake.  Due diligence takes between 2 to 3 weeks.
